The Crossing

There ain’t no easy way.

Winner of the Audience Award for Best Documentary at Sydney Film Festival, The Crossing is an inspirational feature documentary that follows two young Aussies, Clark Carter and Chris Bray, as they set off on what was meant to be the adventure of a lifetime in the wilds of the Canadian Arctic, armed with the gear and a couple of cameras to document the journey. But their dream soon became an epic and personal 3- year battle with the one of the most inhospitable landscapes on the planet, and one that tested the limits of the human spirit. In the end it is only their mate-ship, incredible determination to continue on against the odds, and some Aussie ingenuity that sees them fulfill their dream. In doing so they prove that anything is possible; it just might not be easy.
